We lived in Arizona for 4 years and as an artist the primal colors and feel of that area of the U.S.
was inspiring and in this painting I try to bring back those feelings in abstraction. Simply titled...Southwest

Over the past 40 years my wife and I owned a company providing science and medical art work to publishers of college text books. Since retiring, I now spend most of my free time creating fine art works. Ranging from landscapes to still life's, and everything in between. I usually post a new painting about every 2-3 months. I hope the images that I create brings a little peace and joy to the viewer.
